Zoe Falk’s journey at Sisters High School and beyond is a shining example of talent,
dedication, humility, leadership, fortitude, and academic excellence. Zoe emerged as a
standout athlete early on, highlighted by her performances in the local Junior Olympics,
where she claimed first place in the 1,500m and 800m events and placed third in the long
jump. Her competitive spirit and excellence continued to shine throughout her high school
career, with multiple district and state championships in cross country and track and field.
Among her many accomplishments was a state championship in the 800m her freshman
year. She also was a state finalist (earning All-State honors) in each of her four years at SHS
in multiple events ranging from the 800m to the 1500m, the long jump, and the 4x400m
relay. Zoe's leadership skills were evident as she served as team captain multiple times in
both cross country and track and field. Zoe completed her SHS career in the top ten in the

). She also held the
top spot as a cross country runner, and was a two-time league “Runner of the Year.”
Zoe’s combination of academic and athletic success earned her a scholarship at Northern
Arizona University. She graduated with majors in Spanish and Sports Science, and then
explored the world, including teaching and serving as a guide in Spain, New Zealand, and
other countries. Zoe chronicled her experiences in an autobiographical self-help book, “The
Adventure Guide to Living a Kickass Life” – an inspirational story of a remarkable life.
